Project Overview

Brand Alignment needed to redesign its sales management platform, used by global brands such as Crocs and GoPro. The goal was to support new features and improve usability, since the existing design looked outdated and failed to reflect the platform’s evolution.

Role & Process

As a Product Designer collaborating with Nolock’s product team, I worked on redesigning the platform’s interface. My responsibilities included updating the design system, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and designing new feature screens while aligning with business goals. I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders under Agile methodology (Scrum).

Deliverables
  • Updated design system (components, colors, typography).

  • Wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.

  • Redesigned feature screens and user flows.

  • Documentation and handoff for development.

Outcome

The redesign delivered a scalable design system and a cleaner, more intuitive interface. It supported the integration of new features and improved user flows, enhancing the usability. I designed over 50 high-fidelity web screens, contributing to a measurable increase in conversion rate. The new UI and UX changes also reduced user error rates and decreased time on key tasks.
