Project Overview

This project was carried out in collaboration with the University of Washington to address Argentina’s growing stray dog and cat crisis. Shelters and organizations faced challenges due to overwhelming animal numbers, financial constraints, and lack of staff, which made daily management unsustainable. Solution: two mobile applications - one managing tasks, and another to connect citizens, encouraging.

Role & Process

As Lead UX/UI Designer, I worked with a multidisciplinary team of students, a product manager, and a product owner. My responsibilities included conducting qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis), mapping user flows, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
